Do you take custom orders?
My shop policies state that I do not only because I don't always know when I'll get time to sew and I'd hate to keep you waiting! But really it's on a case by case basis depending on how busy I am at the time.
Can I host a giveaway?
Yes! I love participating in giveaways. I'd also love to host yours! Just contact me!
How soon will you ship my items?
I will ship your order within the week but sometimes sooner. I usually do my shipping on Mondays.
Why do Etsy shops "close" temporarily sometimes?
Etsy has a feature called "Vacation Mode" for when a seller is participating in an event. This is to ensure that the same item isn't purchased twice!
Can you make a bulk order for my event?
Yes! I will be happy to do a custom listing for bridal parties, baby showers, or other events. Please just provide an adequate amount of time for completion!
Why do you charge no shipping?
At this point, my shop is still fairly young (I opened it 1/1/11) so I like to offer free shipping as a sort of "thank you". Maybe I will charge for shipping eventually, but for now I like the simplicity of one flat price.
I am often an Etsy buyer myself, and high shipping costs irk me too!
Can I purchase items wholesale for my bricks & mortar store?
